The Space Itself

My room had this smart, minimalist design that felt very Milan — clean lines, quality materials, nothing unnecessary cluttering the space. The bathroom was compact but well thought out, and I mean, the shower pressure was actually decent (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case in European hotels). What impressed me most was the attention to small details — good lighting for reading, enough outlets in the right places, blackout curtains that actually worked.

The staff here really knows their stuff about Milan — not just the obvious tourist spots, but where to find good food that locals actually eat. They helped me figure out the metro system without making me feel like an idiot, which I appreciated. Parking can be arranged if you’re driving, though honestly, you probably don’t want to deal with a car in this city. The breakfast situation is solid — nothing fancy, but fresh pastries and proper coffee that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around for hours.

  Nice apartment, and entry was easy. Fold-out bed was decently comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: You cannot control the heat, so the apartment was a bit cold. Also the iron didn't work, and the wine opener was broken.

  We really enjoyed the vibe of the accommodation, very cosy and familiar. We loved the fact that it had mosquitoe nets attached to the windows, as the season we visited in was quite unpleasant from this point of view.
  
  What could be improved: It was quite a walk to the city center, but definitely not too far away. Also, the bathtub was quite hard to be used considering the incline if the ceiling

  We loved this property! Very clean and such a lovely space in a good location.
  
  What could be improved: The shower is the only downside to this property, we had to shower crouched down and my partner is very tall so this was a little uncomfortable for him.

  Great location, well-equipped kitchen, good hairdryer, great water pressure in the bathroom, and the self check-in is super convenient.
  
  What could be improved: I stayed in the apartment for the weekend, and unfortunately, you can't reach PrimoPiano during the weekend. I didn’t have WiFi for my entire stay, and there was no one to help me with it. I don't even want to think about what would have happened if the self-check-in hadn't worked so make sure to stay there at least one bussines day

  The location, it was cozy, the temperature inside was good, it has all utilities you need for a confortable stay.
  
  What could be improved: It is at the forth floor, it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs with a stroller and a baby😅

  In general, everything was ok. Relatively good location. We used the apartment for 3 days just to sleep, so everything was great for us. I can recommend the apartment provider. Communication was fast and accurate.
  
  What could be improved: A small observation, the bathtub / area for showering is inconvenient to use because it is an attic and the height of the slope is 1m, so it is possible to shower in a bent position
