Located in the Bovisa district, this apartment-style accommodation lives up to its straightforward name — the space genuinely surprised me with how thoughtfully everything was arranged. You know what struck me immediately? The 9.6 rating suddenly made perfect sense the moment I walked through the door.

Location & Neighborhood

Bovisa isn’t exactly tourist central, but that’s actually part of its charm. This four-star property sits in what locals consider an up-and-coming area — you’re surrounded by university students and young professionals rather than crowds of sightseers. The Bovisa train station is just a short walk away, which means you can reach Milan‘s center in about 15 minutes without dealing with the chaos of staying right in the Duomo area. I mean, sometimes you want to retreat somewhere that feels more authentic.

The Space

Here’s where the “spacious” part really delivers — I’ve stayed in plenty of Milan accommodations, and this place gives you room to actually spread out your stuff. The design feels contemporary without being cold, with clean lines and smart storage solutions everywhere you look. The kitchen setup is particularly well done, equipped enough that you could actually cook a decent meal if you wanted to save some euros or just grab fresh ingredients from the local markets.

Practical Details

What I really appreciated was how everything just worked without any fuss.   The apartment is absolutely stunning – spacious, clean, bright, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We were very impressed!
  
  The location is excellent, we were able to arrive to everywhere we wanted really quickly by public transport because the apartment is close to the city centre, the Central Station, the football stadium etc.
  
  In the apartment you can find all the essentials – towels, shampoo and shower gel, salt, pepper and olive oil, coffee etc. The apartment is modern and has all the facilities you need for a perfect stay.
  
  We also really liked that entering and leaving the apartment/building is operated by a code, so you don’t have to worry about carrying keys everywhere.
  
  Dario is a fantastic host, quick to communicate and help.
  
  Staying in this apartment truly made our Milan experience perfect and we would recommend it to everyone.
