  Air-conditioning and control excellent in heatwave conditions. Accommodation very secure and very helpful staff. Located very centrally.

  Spent 1 night. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. The check in and out process was easy. Mario was very accommodating to allow a check out an hr later.

  Great location: tram station in few steps, metro- very close, walkway to all amenities and main sightseen.
  General cleanliness – good level, first necessity (washing gel, soap) were provided, remote check in and out: clear instructions.
  
  What could be improved: No any view from the windows: obstructed by through pipelines, remote control fm A/C out of order- once host asked for the same- promised assistance, however, nothing was done. Host communicated in rude manner.

  In one word: location. There's walking distance to the Sforzesco Castle, and even the Duomo di Milano. Plus, there are buses and trams right on the street, and the Cadorna train and subway station are just 5m walking. The facilities of the apartment are quite nice, and it was cool to have Netflix on the living room's TV. The non-personal process of entering the apartment worked really well. The AC in 2 different rooms was very welcome during the middle of August. The shutters were automatic, which was nice too.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom sink was clogged. Because the tram was right next to the building, it was a bit loud in some hours of the night and early morning.
