  Staff were excellent, most helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. Location was good for us, nice market right outside the hotel on Saturdays and Tuesdays, good link to San Siro stadium. Breakfast was very good too.

  Easy to get around Milan either on foot, tram or metro. Comfortable hotel with an air of old gran dure. Good variety at breakfast although wouldn’t recommend tea as not boiling water. Stick to caffe or juices!

  The location was very convinient for us. Close to metro station or tram.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue I had was with communication with the hotel regarding things I forgot to take from the room during departure. I sent two emails to hotel reception, but no one replied. I called them, they answered that they didn’t find any items in the room. Strange-two pair of shorts were just missing.
